The construction of Vlora Marina has entered a crucial phase, marking significant progress in one of the most important investments along the Albanian coast. Currently, progress on several of the initial sections has reached up to 25%. At this pace, the construction of the first units is expected to be fully completed by 2027.<\/p>\n
Each phase of construction is being conducted with a strong focus on quality and sustainability. As a result, Vlora Marina recently received the EDGE certification from the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and the World Bank Group during the design phase. This certification is based on criteria such as energy efficiency, water conservation, and the use of materials that minimize carbon emissions, all to establish new standards for sustainable coastal development.<\/p>\n
