The base structures are finished and the erection of the reinforced concrete structure continues. The building is approaching the concreting of level 0.

It is in the initial phase of works, it is expected that the erection of the carabinase structure will start in September.

Works begin in September 2026, currently in the preparatory and infrastructure phases, in accordance with the project development schedule.
