Construction of the first units will be completed in 2027

The construction of Vlora Marina has entered a crucial phase, marking significant progress in one of the most important investments along the Albanian coast. Currently, progress on several of the initial sections has reached up to 25%. At this pace, the construction of the first units is expected to be fully completed by 2027.

Each phase of construction is being conducted with a strong focus on quality and sustainability. As a result, Vlora Marina recently received the EDGE certification from the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and the World Bank Group during the design phase. This certification is based on criteria such as energy efficiency, water conservation, and the use of materials that minimize carbon emissions, all to establish new standards for sustainable coastal development.

The progress of the works marks a significant advancement towards the urban and touristic development of Vlora. This modern initiative is anticipated to bring considerable economic benefits to both the city and the country, enhancing the quality of tourism and attracting new visitors, investors, and residents.

Vlora Marina will introduce, for the first time in Albania, a world-class marina featuring over 400 berths for yachts and mega yachts. This project is being developed with the expertise of the prestigious D-Marin network, which operates throughout the Mediterranean and the United Arab Emirates.

In addition to the marina, the project includes the construction of more than 800 premium seafront apartments. These apartments are designed for a modern lifestyle, offering exclusive services and spaces for relaxation, entertainment, and well-being. A notable feature of the project is the first Marriott hotel on the Albanian coast, which will also feature 150 branded residences. These residences will blend the comforts of daily living with the luxury and services provided by an international hotel brand. With a clear vision and steady construction progress, Vlora Marina is quickly becoming a reality. This development is positioning Vlora as a new hub for tourism and investment, easily accessible by sea, land, and air.
