Vlora Marina in the Spotlight of International Investors

Vlora Marina and Green Coast recently welcomed a group of investors and entrepreneurs from the Netherlands to a special event that combined business with sport. Over three days, guests explored Albania’s real estate potential firsthand, with guided visits to two of the country’s landmark coastal developments: Vlora Marina and Green Coast.
The CEO of Balfin Real Estate, Ms. Ledia Telhai, and the Sales Director, Mr. Eltion Koçi, presented the vision and progress of the projects, underlining the growing interest of international investors in the Albanian market. “In the real estate sector, Albania offers opportunities that few countries in the region can match,” said Ms. Telhai, noting that the strong demand for coastal properties is driving a steady increase in value and positioning them as a secure, long-term investment.

Highlighting the significance of the event, Mr. Koçi emphasised that it was “an opportunity to showcase the extraordinary potential of these projects up close, as well as to demonstrate that Albania is earning its rightful place on the map of international investments.”
The foreign investors themselves expressed how impressed they were with their experience in Albania. “It has truly been an outstanding experience. During these days in Albania, we discovered both the great potential the country offers for investment and the natural beauty of its Riviera. I am convinced that Albania is positioning itself as a highly attractive destination for investors,” said one of the participants.

The experience was rounded out with a boat trip along the Albanian Riviera to Vlora Marina. While enjoying the panoramic views of the bays and beaches along the coast, participants stopped to see the ongoing works on the Vlora Marina project and later visited the offices, where they were introduced to the vision and concept behind this development, which is set to bring Albania its first world-class marina along with a premium residential complex featuring sea-view apartments.
This event marked an important step in showcasing Albania as an appealing destination for international capital, positioning the Riviera not only as a tourism hotspot but also as a new hub of investment opportunities in the Mediterranean.
