New East Pier surface 2,500 m2, from which:

- 500 m2 causeway
- 2,000 m2 piled pier

Floating pontoons Totally 3,805 m2 of floating pontoons are planned in the marina basin to allow boat mooring feasible.

The new east pier inside the marina, basin, and quay walls inside the main breakwater provides over 40 safe mooring spaces for super-yachts which is defined as over 20 m length.
