The Vlora Marina project was showcased at MIPIM 2026, one of the most prestigious global real estate events held annually in Cannes, France, where developers, investors, and industry leaders from around the world gather.
During the event, the project attracted significant attention as one of the key strategic developments on the Albanian Riviera, offering a new vision for the urban and tourism development of the city of Vlora. Participants showed particular interest in its mixed-use urban model, which integrates Albania’s first world-class marina with modern premium seafront residences, the first Marriott hotel on the Albanian coastline, branded residences, and a full range of service and retail units within a single destination.

Vlora Marina was featured within a dedicated stand at the “Soundscapes of Albania” pavilion, which was visited by over 20,000 industry participants, including international investors, developers, and representatives of leading real estate companies. Visitors had the opportunity to explore the project’s concept and the growing potential of modern developments in Albania. Vlora Marina stood out as one of the most attention-grabbing projects, confirming strong and tangible interest from participants.
According to the organisers of the Albanian pavilion, interest in Albanian projects was exceptional, significantly contributing to strengthening the country’s positioning as an emerging destination for strategic investment and tourism development on the international stage.

As part of the event, a series of meetings and discussions were held with potential partners and key international market players, where not only the project concept but also its development phases and investment opportunities along the Albanian Riviera were presented.
Participation in MIPIM also served to showcase Albania’s potential on a global platform as a rising destination for real estate and tourism investment, further placing Vlora and the Albanian Riviera on the map of international investors. Another key highlight was Albania’s selection among the Top 5 best pavilions at the fair, a recognition that underscores the country’s rising profile and strengthens its perception as a market with high development potential.

MIPIM is considered one of the most important global events in the real estate industry, where sector leaders discuss strategies, investments, and partnerships shaping the future of urban development. This year’s edition brought together over 20,000 professionals from more than 90 countries, along with over 2,400 companies presenting the latest projects and initiatives in urban development and real estate investment.
